Paris joins other French cities in World Cup TV boycott | Paris

Paris has joined a number of French cities in asserting they won’t present World Cup matches in public locations or arrange “fan zones” in protest at human rights and environmental abuses within the host nation, Qatar. The strikes to boycott the competitors subsequent month come after what has been described as a “final minute disaster of conscience” by the general public authorities.
