Rafael Nadal: ‘This tennis era is not easy for everyone’

In an interview to AS, Rafael Nadal commented on current situation of men’s tennis. “When you lose attitude, you lose tennis. The sports cannot be split by the emotional status of a person. I played very well all the time. Last year I ended up as a world No. 2 completing only seven tournaments. For me, the main thing was to recover physically. Then you need to be humble and able to know that you go play against Dominic Thiem in Barcelona and you are not the favourite or that in Madrid, due to altitude, it may not go well.
